Additional Tip 💡- If you want to achieve a similar glow as shown in my video then you should purchase the "Deep Glow" plugin by Plugin Everything

However, I will suggest if you're starting out then try to play with after effects native glow by duplicating it several times and changing the project color Bit depth setting to 16 or 32.
