Additional Tip 💡- If you want to achieve a similar glow as shown in my video then you should purchase the "Deep Glow" plugin by Plugin Everything

However, if you're starting out, I will suggest trying to play with after effects native glow by duplicating it several times and changing the project color Bit depth setting to 16 or 32.
